Who we are

ODVIKU (“ODVIKU,” “we,” “us”) provides AI and IT solutions, custom software, workflow automation and integrations for businesses in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies to our website at odviku.com and to other ODVIKU domains that point to it (together, the “Site”), and to the communications you send us through it.

This policy does not cover data we process for our clients inside Homin, Viche, Tlumach or systems we build for them. That data is handled under our agreement with the client, and we process it only on the client’s instructions.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The Site does not have accounts or sign-up forms. When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, job title, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site is delivered through a hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare). When you visit, standard technical information is processed to deliver pages and protect the Site, including:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, operating system and device information
• Pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics that follow you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell people apart from automated bots and protect the Site from abuse. These cookies are not used for advertising. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
• To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use personal information you send us through the Site to train AI models.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare) and email and productivity services, under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed
• Legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ODVIKU, our clients or others
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and longer where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and operations.

Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health or financial account information, by email.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@odviku.com.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to obtain a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We will verify your request using the information we already have, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site does not track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through the Site. Because of this, the Site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

ODVIKU operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
